Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the rahaph platform. By accessing or using rahaph, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one rahaph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All financial transactions on rahaph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfers, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
All games on rahaph use certified Random Number Generators or live dealer equipment in audited studios. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate and independently verified.
rahaph provides deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools or contact rahaph support.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and rahaph ("rahaph," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the rahaph platform at rahaph.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the rahaph platform.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the rahaph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through rahaph.one (the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account with rahaph, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with rahaph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rahaph.
1.4 rahaph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use the rahaph Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. rahaph strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The rahaph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. rahaph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms or who are subject to a self-exclusion order are not eligible to register or use the rahaph Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.
2.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of rahaph, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) rahaph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rahaph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). rahaph is required to verify the identity of all users before permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) and may be required to provide proof of address and source of funds documentation.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rahaph account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify rahaph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. rahaph will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your rahaph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rahaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine-issued debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted on the rahaph Platform, consistent with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your rahaph account. rahaph reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. rahaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. rahaph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. rahaph may request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into your account and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 rahaph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. rahaph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
5.3 rahaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic or professional betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorization constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.1 Certified RNG. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the rahaph Platform use independently audited and certified RNG software. The outcomes of all RNG games are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by rahaph or by users.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in certified studio environments. All live dealer operations are subject to independent oversight.
6.3 Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP figures for all games on the rahaph Platform are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term return to players. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rahaph will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets that were in progress at the time of a malfunction may be voided and stakes returned, at rahaph's discretion. rahaph is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Game Rules. Each game on the rahaph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rahaph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 rahaph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.
8.1 All content on the rahaph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of rahaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rahaph's prior written consent.
8.3 The rahaph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of rahaph. You may not use these marks without rahaph's prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rahaph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rahaph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 rahaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if rahaph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 rahaph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rahaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 rahaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rahaph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, rahaph may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.
10.3 You may close your rahaph account at any time by contacting rahaph support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
10.4 rahaph reserves the right to close inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
11.1 rahaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. rahaph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:
11.2 rahaph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. If you become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using your account, you must notify rahaph immediately and take steps to prevent further access.
11.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, rahaph encourages you to visit the rahaph Responsible Gaming page for self-assessment tools and support resources.
11.4 rahaph endorses the PAGCOR-recommended responsible gaming message: "Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop."
12.1 rahaph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rahaph.one/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 rahaph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of rahaph's privacy obligations to you.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and rahaph, you are encouraged to contact rahaph support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. rahaph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 For disputes relating to rahaph's gaming operations, you may also refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where applicable.
14.1 rahaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, rahaph will provide advance notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.3.
