9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, rahaph will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected data subjects without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
9.3 While rahaph takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rahaph account credentials and for notifying rahaph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
10.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by rahaph:
10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to the rahaph Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 14. rahaph will respond to all verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, in accordance with NPC guidelines.
10.3 rahaph may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorised parties.
11.1 The rahaph Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and older, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. rahaph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 If rahaph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, rahaph will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the rahaph Platform, please notify rahaph immediately at the contact details in Section 14.
11.3 Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor their children's online activity to prevent access to age-restricted platforms such as rahaph.
12.1 rahaph primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, international gaming software providers or cloud infrastructure providers), rahaph ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations on cross-border data flows.

13.1 rahaph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
13.2 For material changes to this Policy, rahaph will provide advance notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the rahaph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
13.3 If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in the rahaph Terms and Conditions.
